As the play digs deeper into Loman’s life, the audience begins to see the difference between his internal ambitions and how his mind consumes his life. This show is a classic and will be great to bring your high schooler to — since this play is a staple in many high school english class curriculums across Long Island!

From Ethel Merman to Bernadette Peters, virtually every iconic Broadway actress has played the role of Annie Oakley! Known as the Irving Berlin staple of musical theatre, Annie Get Your Gun tells the love story of Annie Oakley and Frank Butler, and how their worlds collide in a local wild west show. When Oakley is told to show off her target practice skills, she is instantly better than Butler — and he makes it known. The show can be described as a romantic comedy, with some serious points in between — but will definitely leave you singing and dancing for the rest of the evening!
Beauty and the Beast

This tale is old as time, for sure! Beauty and the Beast tells the story of Belle, a young woman on the quest to save her father from a ~deserted~ castle — and how she encounters a Beast, who is on the quest to transform back into a prince. This Joseph Stein classic hit tells the story of a of Tevye, his family, and how he tries to maintain their Jewish heritage during a time of when their small town is being taken over by czarist Russia. Throughout the show, the audience gets a glimpse of Tevye’s life and how he tries to bestow his thoughts onto his daughters — who slowly turn against their father and marry for love, rather than faith.
