Less Crowded
Whether you plan a trip to Walt Disney World in Florida or across the West Coast to Disneyland in California, the best time to visit each theme park is during an off-season month — which happens to be, unofficially, February, May, and November. During these months, the parks will still be crowded — but it won’t be as overwhelming as it is during any other time of the year!
More Availability
When was the last time you visited this theme park? Well, if this happens to be your very first time, you’ll want to start making dining reservations now. The reason? Typically, Walt Disney World reservations book immediately for years in advance, due to the high demand. However, when you opt to go during February, you might have some luck to obtain some of the toughest reservations to get in all of Fantasyland.
Cheaper Flights
Indeed, there’s no doubt that airfare is quite expensive no matter where you’re heading in the world. However, since New York is about a 2-hour commute (by air) to Florida, you’ll be able to fly to Orlando at a much cheaper rate — especially if you book your flight on the least popular of travel days (i.e., Tuesday-Thursday). You’ll be pleasantly amazed how little you’ll be able to spend for round trip airfare to head to the happiest place on earth!
