On your marks, get set, sail! On Saturday, October 26, 2019, the seventh annual Great Jack-O’-Lantern Sail will be taking place! If you’re not familiar with this wonderful event, event coordinators take carved pumpkins (about the first 50 received) and place them on small, floating platforms. Then, around 6:15pm, each pumpkin will be illuminated and will eerily glide across the lake at night!
Ragamuffin Parade

Location: Starts on Nassau Street and ends on the Custom House lawn.

One of the oldest traditions on Long Island is the Ragamuffin Parade of Sag Harbor! Goblins and ghouls of all ages are encouraged to put on their best Halloween costume and march throughout the “boo-tiful” town of Sag Harbor to show off their festive garb! It’s a wonderful way to get into the Halloween spirit, especially with the various autumnal festivities that are held at the parade’s finish line! You, your family, and friends will have an incredible time for sure!
