Fall Harvest & Seafood Festival

Long Island Fair

Hours: 10a.m.-5p.m.

Where: Old Bethpage Village Restoration

Prize winning vegetables, flowers and crafts displayed in the replica of 1866 Fair grounds Exhibition Hall. Farm animals, poultry, brass band concerts, traditional music, children's games, pony rides, craft demonstrations, magic shows, puppet shows, interactive farm display, corn husking, crosscut-sawing contests, and gifts show.

Greenport Maritime Festival

When: Friday 9/20 - Sunday 9/22

Hours: Visit website

Where: East End Seaport Museum

The Festival, which attracts over 40,000 people annually, features visits by Tall Ships, nautical arts & crafts, classic wooden boats, many activities for children and families, music, pirate shows, local produce and seafood, wines and craft beer, fireworks, and visit to Bug Light, lighthouse.
