America’s birthday is within reach - time to break out your best patriotic flare and get ready to celebrate. In honor of this weekend’s barbecues and festivities - treat yourself to one of the below cocktails sure to make Uncle Sam proud.
Washington’s Mule
We’ve crossed the states for this patriotic cocktail. Created by John Samora in Arizona, we have the Washington Mule, a nod to the father of our country/largest whiskey producer of his time (seriously). Drop 5-7 fresh or frozen (pitted) red sweet cherries into a tumbler glass, muddle, fill with ice, add an ounce or two of white whiskey, top off with ginger beer and add a splash of blue Curaçao, enjoy! Fourth of July Wine Sparklers
A cocktail with just two ingredients and some fun fruit garnish, we’ll take it! You’ll need a star shaped cookie cutter to punch out some watermelon stars, a cup of fresh blueberries, a bottle of chilled dry wine, and one liter of chilled lemon lime soda. Full recipe here »

Red, White, and Blue Jello Shots
Fairly simple, but patience needed. These Red, White, + Blue Jello Shots are sure to be a party favorite. You’ll need jello, vodka, Knox powdered gelatin, sugar, vanilla extract, milk, heavy cream, and water to get these started. Check out the recipe here »

Layered Mocktails
Since we don’t want to leave out the kiddies- here’s a sugar filled treat sans alcohol. Grab a glass and fill it two-thirds with ice, pour in some cranberry juice about a third of the way, then slowly pour 7-UP another third of the way, and finally - finish off with a slow pour of blue Powerade to top it off!
