Run: Now playing through February 10, 2018

With music by Sir Elton John and lyrics by Tim Rice, this classic show tells the tale of romance, heartbreak, and one woman’s determination to ultimately do what makes her happy. AIDA is a powerful show that tells the tale of Aida, a Nubian Princess who was stolen and brought to another land, and how she falls in love with a soldier named Radames — who has already won the affection of Amneris, an Egyptian Princess, who isn’t a fan of Aida. Which princess will win the heart of Radames? See this incredible production at The Noel S. Ruiz Theatre at CM Performing Arts Center to witness how this tale ends.

Romeo & Juliet
Run: Now playing through February 18, 2018

William Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet is one of the most famous plays in the entire world — and is now being performed locally, thanks to the Cultural Arts Playhouse! Taking place in Verona, Italy, the play tells the tale of the star-crossed lovers Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet, their forbidden romance, and how their passion ends in tragedy. If you’re a fan of the works of Shakespeare or have never seen this classic tale performed live, then this is the perfect opportunity to do so!

The Crucible
Run: February 10, 2018 through March 4, 2018

Looking to see one of the most timeless theatrical tales on a stage near you? If you’re a fan of the work by famed playwright Arthur Miller, then The Crucible is the play for you! Taking place in 1692 Salem, Massachusetts, the play gives an inside look of the Salem Witch Trials and how a whole town was turned upside down because of them. From the antagonist Abigail Williams to the famous John Proctor, you’ll meet a series of characters that will only thicken the plot of this dark, eerie tale.
