Almost everyone has made a New Year’s resolution but left if

healthy lifestyle alternatives and losing weight will become a benefit to your

Go outside and get some fresh air. Admiring nature or being

couple minutes of peace.
Spend some time away from technology. Instead of checking
social media or surfing the web, go outside and you will find little time to
distract yourself from the screen. CNN Health says children who spend too much
time in front of screens have a greater chance of obesity. Don’t let the
screen affect your child or even you.
Getting more sleep will dramatically change your life. It

are working hard for. Instead of eating and watching TV, eat at the table
without distractions.
Take the time to breathe deeply. Shallow breaths can lead to
anxiety. Whenever you feel a stress coming on count your breaths for a couple
minutes to correct your breathing and clear any stress.
Try something new and healthy whether it is an exercise
class or a healthy cooking class. Reinvent yourself with your new activities
and interests.
Make small steps to bettering yourself. Substitute unhealthy
snacks for healthy ones. Instead of watching TV, read a book or do yoga for 15
minutes. These little changes can help your lifestyle.
