One of the most celebrated symbols of holiday cheer - the 82nd annual Rockefeller Christmas Tree Lighting! This year’s 85 foot tall tree will be lit with 45,000 energy efficient LED lights in front of tens of thousands who crowd NYC’s streets, in addition to the millions who will tune in live around the globe. The tree will be lit on Wednesday, December 3rd and remain lit and can be viewed until 8pm on January 7th, 2015.

Or head over to Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn every night of Chanukah for live music, hot latkes, and gifts for the children...and it’s free!
